Hi Tom. The list price is $669k and the neighborhood supports home values to $1.1m. We had 8 offers and the property is contract to an end user at $725k.
This home would need to be expanded and remodeled to approx 3000 sf to reach the high value range for this part of North Walnut Creek.
Hi Pete, Congrats on the pending sale, and now most likely SOLD fixer upper in Walnut Creek. My husband has family in Lafayette and we look forward to visiting later this year. I trust I will be reading more about the market in the area soon :)
