Wilton, Connecticut single family average home sales price rose slightly in 2014 to $924,051 compared to 2013 average sales price of $919,044. Total number of single family homes sold in 2014 dropped 11.9% when compared to 2013 to 229 units versus 259 units in 2013.
Currently on the market are 106 single family homes for sale ranging from $330,000 up to $24 million for a 128 acre equestrian estate with a 10,000 square foot Tudor Manor home on the Wilton/New Canaan border in the Silvermine Neighborhood. As well as 11 Condominiums for sale between $169,000 to $1.252 million.

Wilton, Connecticut covers a total area of 27.4 square miles with a population of 18,062 (2010 census) and an estimated median household income of $173,056 (2012). There are two Metro-North sub-stations on the Danbury branch line; Wilton & Cannondale stops.
