Stamford, Connecticut single family average home sales price are up 3.8% in 2014 compared to 2013. The average home sold price in Stamford is at $689,402 with 642 units sold compared to 702 units sold in 2013 at an average price of $664,205.
Condominiums/Co-op prices have also risen in price year over year with 2014 average Condo/Co-op sales price being $350,728 up from 2013 of $328,564. In 2014 there were 589 Condo/Co-ops units sold up from 2013 of 566.
