Visiting with the EcoBroker of Camas Washington
I can’t believe that it has taken me this long to get around to calling Debb Janes , it is fortunate that our friend Debbie Reynolds gave us a deadline so that I would finally do some dialing today.
It was clear that Debb and I would have a lot to talk about, with both of us being passionate about the environment and many other things like her home state of Alaska.
We spent a bit of time talking about interesting things like Forestry, Wildlife, Ecology, Carbon Cycles, Climate and even the economics of recycling and deforestation or reforestation.
Of course the conversation could not last long before we started talking about her home state of Alaska where she grew up in the little mountain town of Juneau. A town where her son and grandchildren still live and operate a guide service.
It was a delight talking with someone with such extensive knowledge of this immense state and its wildlife, forests and people.
Next our conversation moved on to Active Rain and the many benefits of blogging including not just SEO but nationwide relationships.
Relationships were we seem to have a friend to visit in every pocket of our great continent now.
We spoke about my recent trip to the Southwest where I met up with a few Rainers along the way, and her upcoming trip to San Francisco where she plans to meet up with a bunch of Rainers.
Hopefully she will take up Tammie White ’s invitation to come to TN and visit while doing some video work. The reason why this trip would be nice for me is that she did promise to make a stop in Wisconsin along the way for a bit of fishing and visiting.
Just in case there is someone out there yet who does not have Deb on your list of must follow people, this would be a good time to subscribe to her blog and start enjoying some great scenery and excellent blogging!
