Real Estate Superbowl Spirit

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty

Are you naturally competitive? If you are entrepreneurial and have a competitive spirit, a real estate agentSold sign career may be a good fit for you.

There are many qualities that make a  successful real estate agent, but being competitive is significant. It is true that it is important to give quality service to your clients. And referrals often make up a great percentage of an agents business. But competitiveness in a real estate business makes the difference between just surviving and having a successful career.  Being competitive means doing what it takes to reach your sales goals. That could mean giving the best service, picking up the telephone, networking, and relationship building even when you do not feel like it, because to the competitive agent it is more important to meet their goals and help buyers and sellers than to worry about being rejected.

Innate competitiveness can be seen on the playing field. It can be seen in the classroom, in the work environment and in the real estate field.

Real estate agents compete everyday for business.  Often times there are several agents competing for the listing of a home for sale. Being knowledgeable about the marketplace and perfecting the listing presentation made to seller will get results.  After the listing is taken, doing what was promised and getting the home sold cements the relationship for future referrals. Football

Being a Pats fan, not sure if my heart can take another game ore season ending finish like that.
