Hotel with pool - Nothing unusually about that!!!!!!

This resort is truely impressive, when I first saw the photographes I was expecting it to be another development in Dubai.

It is more than 1,000 yards long, covers 20 acres, had a 115ft deep end and holds 66 million gallons of water.

Yesterday the Guinness Book of Records named the vast pool beside the sea in Chile as the biggest in the world.

The man-made saltwater lagoon has been attracting huge crowds to the San Alfonso del Mar resort at Algarrobo, on Chile's southern coast, since it opened last month.

Its turquoise waters are so crystal clear that you can see thebottom even in the deep end.

Chile's monster pool uses a computer- controlled suction and filtration system to keep fresh seawater in permanent circulation, drawing it in from the ocean at one end and pumping it out at the other.

The sun warms the water to 26c, nine degrees warmer than the adjoining sea.

I have a handle on your market!!!
Just wondering if you have to have a license to sell real estate in this resort.  Quite impressive and you must like to help other people dream.  This is one of the most unique examples of being able to accomplish what we dream about.  Thank you for sharing this with us.

Alan, that's one heck of a pool for sure.  Talk about swimming laps!

Hi Alan,
Glad I don't have to keep it clean and furnish the chemicals.  Is it heated?  That might be a little costly too!

Wow - that is really gorgeous!  I hadn't heard of the resort but the pictures are amazing.  You are right, though, I would have expected that in Dubai.
