February is Women's Heart Health Awareness Month. Celebrate this Month in February with the Sandel Senior Center on Park Avenue in Rockville Centre.
Guest speakers will present programs about health and nutrition to promote heart healthy lifestyles.
Members will "go red" with participation in National wear red day which is Friday February 6th, 2015. They will also enjoy many events designed to raise awareness.
