Taking Sunday off?

Day off?  I need a dictionary. I'm not familiar with that word.  I try to take one once in a while but it seems we can't hide from our cell phones doesn't it?

You could make an appointment with your family on Sunday and tell anyone who calls you already have an appointment. Ask another agent in your office to back you up on a Sunday and in return you could do the same for them one day. Have a great day off.

I take off about every other Sunday. My response...I have another commitment and am unavailable.

If you have established what you do for a business and your family accepted that up front, they will know that every once in a while a day off might be interupted.  The other thing to think about is that if you are flexible enough you can make any day a day off.  Also if you are doing your job well enough and are flexible enough, establishing a day off will come when prior, positive, planning, proves positive performance to prime clients who know you are there for them.  Having prime clients gives you less headaches and fewer phone calls.  Have fun and don't stress out. 

Of course you get a day off - just take it. It's not like you have posted storefront hours.

LOL JJ...Day Off?In this business?;) The thing is,although we could all use one..it is tough to just schedule one regularly
