As development moves forward, the face of the county changes... Sarasota Square Mall sees movement in its tenants including Costco joining the roster of stores in recent years. Sarasota Pavilion has anchored the southeast corner of US41 and Stickney Point for decades and will soon have a neighbor mall as plans are underway to put one in the works for the western side of the intersection.
As one of the few communities not centered around golf, Silver Oaks is hard to beat on luxury and its semi-secluded location at this value!
