Well, did you watch Super Bowl 49 in Phoenix? If not, you missed a spectacular game that was won in the last minute!
I have heard radio reports that it was the most watched Super Bowl in history.
It was a terrific week having the Super Bowl here in Phoenix. It was estimated that several hundred thousand people came to Phoenix this last week.
The week could be summarized in two words, traffic jams and parties.
The traffic on the West side of town was as expected and parties all over town were also as expected.
A big boost to our local economy.
As a Realtor, I enjoyed meeting people from all over the United States and even the world. I met people from Australia, Japan, Germany, UK, Italy, and even one gentleman from the United Arab Emirates. Truly a world event.
The Super Bowl was a fantastic way to showcase what Phoenix has to offer. I read stories about our new governor, Doug Ducey, meeting and greeting CEOs from many major corporations to discuss the benefits of moving their businesses to Arizona.
If you haven't been to Phoenix, now is the perfect time to come and enjoy the sunshine and all that Phoenix has to offer.
