For the Sold Listings, the Highest Sales Price was $949,500. The Average Sales Price was $131,466.
Average Days on Market (DOM) was 66.
The Pending Ratio was .4 - Pendings/Actives - This represents the number of properties going under contract compared to the number of active properties on the market. 118/273
The Absorbtion Rate was 2.3 months - Active homes on the market/# of homes sold in last 30 days. This tells us how many months of inventory we have on the market. It demonstrates how long it would take to sell all the homes on the market if no other homes came on the market. 273/119
Our Absorbtion Rate for Jan 2014 was 4.6. So, there was less inventory on the market this January.
