There is a 12.18% increase in Aurora's January Home Prices from 2014 to 2015. This means money for sellers!

 

Homes Sold - 2013 = 381

                         2014 =  369

                         2015 = 392

Days on the Market - 2013 = 76

                                       2014 = 53

                                       2015 = 33

There is a demand for homes in Aurora's market. The increase in the value of the homes and with the average home on the markets dropping more than half in great news for home owners. Homes on the market for 33 days means this home are going under contract in just a few days.
