The Spring Market Is Warming Up

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Century 21 Sherlock Homes

It appears that the long awaited Spring market is warming up.  The sellers who were holding off seem to be just a little impatient.

My Agents are putting the new listings out and I'm busy attending the office previews.  We usually have the office preview before we put the put the finishing touches on.

The Agents hire a professional photographer and we don't put the listing on until the pictures are ready and the house is show ready.  We do bring the office through and get ideas from the team.

I'm excited to see how this market plays out.  The rates are holding and so the new listings should get a lot of activity.

Seeing the new homes come on are like seeing the tips of the crocus push up though the lawn.  Spring is in the air.

I always say as soon as the calendar flips to February buyers begin to get the nesting urge.

I hope your agents get a great jump on their spring market.  I went by two of my listings today and all I could see was the top of the sign post for the piles of snow.  There is no spring in our air

Li it usually starts more toward the back end of February but I think some sellers are impatient to get going.

Barbara Todero I thought the weather would hold people back but it doesn't seem so.

Norma I think this year the menu of new listings will start the flow.
