Today I mailed out 3,315 Postcards through the Post Offices EDDM program. There is a shortage of homes for sale in Aurora and hopefully the phone will start ringing!
The Average Home Values for the Month of January has increase by over 23% over the last two years. The Average Days on the Market for Zip Code 80013 was 33 days (taking out the new home builds) and it takes about 30 days to close.
