Many people who either foreclosed or did a short sale a few years ago, are now starting to buy homes again. They are seeing less competition in the market and finding great deals that are still out there.
Check with a mortgage professional and see if you are again eligible to obtain a mortgage. Rates are at historic lows and home prices have leveled off.
