Today I'm Playing Catch Up...And Tango

Today I'm playing catch up in advance of a busy weekend packed with client appointments. 

Laundry is underway, vacuuming and other household chores are on the schedule, an overdue grocery run is in the making (the dog ate the last of her food this morning)...

I also have to keep up with emails, I'm waiting on an electrical permit to get pulled for an inspection on a HUD home.  I'm in the negotiation period for another buyer and we are anticipating an accepted offer today, so I'll be on the lookout for that as well.

We have a beautiful weekend on tap in Powder Springs, GA and I am looking forward to the rising temperatures.  Warmer weather will be welcome for my working weekend.

Rob D. Shepherd oddly enough, the vacuum also does not fit in my husband's hands either.  Must be a manufacturing defect!

Scott Godzyk I'm sure you will be happy to see winter come to an end.  We rarely have "weather delays" here, should hit 64 here on Sunday!

Nicole Doty - Gilbert Real Estate Expert that's Ivy.  She's our groom and assistant trainer.  She loves Tango (everyone loves him!) and she actually just started working him sometimes when I'm not there.  He's a blast to ride but he definitely is a work out!

Jenna Dixon ~ wow!!!! 2 minutes and eight seconds was wayyyy too short, I could watch and listen for a least 20 more minuets.... Very cool! & BTW: I love the name Tango, it was the name of my favorite cat, and I miss & think about him all the time

Anna Banana Kruchten we're in negotiations to see if Tango will be willing to participate.  His fees are very high!  Unlimited organic carrots and apples to fill him 1200 lb body...
