This is just a short and sweet reminder, that your Realtor® will always be faster & have more at their fingertips than Zillow, Trulia, etc.
I have buyer clients who are looking for an affordable home in a super hot central neighborhood in Austin. When a home popped up - it was in my in box, and my clients in box, within seconds of hitting the market.
Out of curiosity, I went to see which other sites have this home shown as available. Zillow & Trulia still don't have it as listed, 30 minutes later.
