Looking at the data from MLSPIN we see that condo prices in Boston's South End continued to climb in the second half of 2014. With 292 sales in the 6 month period we saw an average sale price of $886K which is slightly higher than the average list price which suggests that bidding wars were alive-and-well in the second half.
