The Willow Creek area of San Marcos is a highly desirable place for home buyers. The area is located on the southwest side of San Marcos and is easiest found by taking Wonder World Dr to Stagecoach Trail and take a left. Also KB homes has a new community off of Hunters Hill Rd called the Retreat at Willow Creek starting at $196,995.
