The Power of Good Manners

“Never underestimate the power of good manners.

Your good manners may not be returned or

remembered, but bad manners will be.”

Lou Ludwig, Sales and Management Consultant,

Success Coach, Speaker, Trainer and Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The power of good manners

The simple act of having good manners is treating people with respect and with courteousness.

Good manners are an act of doing for others without seeking a reward or recognition. Being courteous to someone can be one of the most fulfilling moments in a person’s life for both the giver and receiver.

The power of good manners . . . .  can brighten a person’s day . . . . make a person smile . . . . and form the basis for a lasting relationship. The cost of being courteous is being polite . . . . and the rewards are endless. Being courteous to a person . . . . and having good manners is a choice of being a good person . . . . and making the people you meet feel good about meeting you and being with you.

Those magical words of 'please' and 'thank you'.  They distinguish those smart enough to use them and mean them.

Absolutely right! It truly hurts me when people are unkind. I also really appreciate the kindness of others

Julie Morales -

Many of us have experienced the discomfort of working with rude and inconsiderate clients.  Treat everyone the same and then move on to more favorable circumstances.

Some of the difficult situations can be the most profitable because others try to avoid them.

Here Here!  I missed this one the first time around and am happy you chose to shine a little more light on it.  People forget to use their GOOD manners all the time.  It doesn't take much and it is a great way to makes someone's day!
