We don't see many USDA loans in the Atlanta MSA, you have to go pretty far out to find an eligible property.  And once you get out there, it's difficult to find one that is in an appropriate condition!

Great info we don`t do lot of them. It`s great knowing how to prepare the buyer incase we do have one come along.

Jenna & Marla,  You may not have a USDA buyer or eligible locations nearby but it's always good to let them know what to be ready for on any loan type, whether it's FHA, VA or Conventional, many of the things we discuss in the video are based on just being mortgage ready in general!
