Saturday is Valentine's Day here in the Havasu community. It is that one day of the year that is officially set aside to show your sweetie how you feel about them. Although we should show our loved ones how much we love them as often as possible, February 14th let's us go a little more crazy than usual. What are you doing for Valentine's Day in Havasu? If you haven't made any plans yet, might I make a few suggestions?

Come out and support the arts at this Fine Arts & Crafts Show. All work that is on display is for sale and was created by the art teachers and students of MCC.

What: 7th Annual Lake Havasu City Rockabilly Reunion
Where: Lake Havasu State Park Lot 4
When: February 13-15, 2015 12pm to 9pm on Fri, 10am to 10pm on Sat & 10am to 7:30pm on Sun

This car show and live music extravaganza fulfills the dreams of every 50's rebel and their fave gal-pal. Enjoy live music, pin-up girls, 1950's cars, awesome bikes and much more.

In Havasu, a winter wonderland involves fireworks...and lots of them. Watch the open shooting from 5pm to 10:30pm on Thursday, 5pm to 7:30pm & 8:30pm to 10:30pm on Friday and Saturday and 5pm to 10pm on Sunday.

As you can see, there are plenty of things for you to do on Valentine's Day in Havasu. Whether you and your special someone love music, art or go for a "retro" vibe, you'll find something to fit your tastes. Then, you can finish the day off with a kiss under the fireworks. Happy Valentine's Day!
