At the high of the spectrum was a sale at 100% of the asking price letting us know that the some homes have sold for full asking price.

Mark - I can imagine how much effort went into it, but reading the same info is easier and faster. What I missed was the video of the actual houses, even only from the outside. I believe it is especially important for people, not familiar with Wellington or this particular development. How does it look, how does it feel?

Jon Zolsky thanks for your comment, that's a different video.  This video is a market report, what your describing is a community overview, or a property tour.  That video is in the works, besides one can easily say that it is easier and faster to look at the MLS property reports to get the feel of the homes.  Another very important aspect to my videos you may be missing is the ability to rank for long tail keywords with video and the links it provides to my website.
