Brentwood had strong sales again in January 2015, with a report so large, it couldn’t be contained in one blog! With 30 homes sold East of I-65, the average closing price was $680,776. Several subdivisions were popular in Brentwood this month, with Morgan Farms and Glen Abbey accounting for almost 30% of the total sales for January. Averaging just 68 days on market, Brentwood continues to be a highly sought-after market.
