I recently passed my NYS Real Estate Broker's exam, and I'm quite excited about it! I will be an Associate Broker with Ron DiDonna Real Estate & Appraisal. Same great firm. New Office Space. Putting together a whole new team. Yes!
But the same week I took the state exam, I also took the course to become a Military Relocation Professional, and actually, the dance I did when I got the notice that I'd been accepted as an MRP was even happier.
We've always loved Veterans and Active Duty Military here at Ron DiDonna Real Estate, and have served them faithfully for decades. And we have a whole array of Veteran Owned Businesses that we utilize regularly when contracting out work, or getting things built, painted, designed, printed or moved, etc.
We regularly promote the Veterans Miracle Center (VMC), a local first-of-its-kind organization that gives free clothing, bedding, toiletries, and home improvement and building supplies to Veterans in need. And we have many loved ones who are both active duty, veteran and retired military.
We have a solid network of highly experienced VA lenders and mortgage brokers, as well, who are fully commited to bringing their military clients exceptional service and a good transaction closing.
So - my getting this MRP Designation isn't really changing how we do business. It's just making our commitment to our Military a little more visible to the public. And that makes me happy.
If you are a Veteran or Active Duty member of our Armed Forces planning to buy, sell or rent a home, we look forward to hearing from you. If you've just received your PCS, or you're a Veteran ready to purchase or rent your first - or even your last - home, please call on us.
We stand ready.
