As I see it. . . . . . . .

Rule #1 no quality – no business

 

Quality means different things . . . . to a different of people.

 

In a business relationship the customer sets the bar for their expectations for the term quality.

 

Many people feel that the company sets the bar for quality . . . .  In reality the company sets their bar for internal quality which may or may not meet the expectations of the customer.    

 

To stay competitive you have to understand your customers . . . . and their expectations for a quality experience. To operate a successful business you have to consistently meet and exceed our customer’s expectations.

 

Falling below the customer’s bar of expectations will result in lost business . . . .  and your business dropping off their radar screen. Customers today are not looking for average they want exceptional, in the product they’re purchasing . . . . and services they’re using . . . . and in customer service they receive.

 

When it comes to sales customer want to be involved with an expert and someone that can handle the sales process successfully.

 

Customers set the bar for a quality experience and where there no quality there will be no business or business relationship.  

 

Rule #1 No quality – no business . . . .  high quality service leads to repeat business and referrals.

Good morning, Lou Ludwig oh, how I wish this statement was true for all....there are many who provide no quality and they continue to secure business.... no repeat business, but they stay in business....

Lou, I think customer service starts with the agent, not the company.  They are the ones meeting clients, and deliverying good customer service.

Hi Lou,  I couldn't agree more with your assessment.  I partner with my husband and he was one of the first quality managers at UPS back in the '90s.  My goal is to exceed my customers expectations with "World Class Service".  In my webpage "Sheri's Corner" it is part of "My Core Valeus" and "My COMMITTMENT to You".  

Each customer must be treated as if they are your only customer. For sellers, every listing is given the same exact service and consideration I would give to a luxury listing.
