Blue Green and Red: Cesar Pelli Architecture In Los Angeles

Services for Real Estate Pros with Napa Consultants DRE00893924

As we meandered around our former commercial real estate farm in the wee hours of the morning, we noticed the newest building of the Pacific Design Center.  The long awaited Red building was reflected into the Blue One.  The Blue building was the first one to be built and was affectionately known as the "Blue Whale".

The first notable tenant other than furniture wholesale designers was Mrs. Gooch" which offered organic foods and was a predecessor to Whole Foods in 1975. The Green building was completed in 1988, and 40 years later the Red building, two curved sloping towers on top of seven levels of parking was completed in 2012 on this 14 acre site.  We love the color and the look of it.

ABOUT:  Luxury Real Estate is a high stakes game. Commissions are substantial! We help luxury real estate professionals get to the listing table more often and win listings more frequently.  If you want to be the market leader, the personal or company brand that your target market thinks of first and refers most often, you need an Elevator Statement to accelerate the process.  We can get you there!

Your Elevator Statement is a succinct and persuasive summary of your extraordinary promise of value, your unique selling proposition.  In a time-starved world the attention span of your target market is shrinking.  To instantly convey what sets you apart from the crowd you need to be able to answer EACH ONE of these 3 questions in less than 30 seconds.: 1) What Do You Do?; 2)  How Do You Do It?, and;  3) How Are You Different?.  Can you state how you are different and better than your competition in less than 30 seconds?

Watch the video above to see and hear how we do it.

Wanda Kubat-Nerdin that is so true, the red shot was taken from a residential area, it certainly was a wow.

These are definitely unique, and I have loved the times I spent wandering through them looking at the newest offerings in design.

We do too, there is nothing like innovation that makes our hearts sing.  A

Very energetic photo.  I really like the overall colors, I see yellow and green buildings too, or is that an illusion?  Imagine it's especially cool to see in person. Wish we had a little more pizzazz around here in terms of colorful buildings, but then it might look rather out of place in our environment. Who knows?

Debb Janes it is the morning light that gives that illusion.  When this was first proposed the outcry was humongous, so glad the innovators prevailed.  What I missed most in Napa was LA's creative and edgy designs and happy we are only an hour and a half away.  A
