Which means you are looking at fairly aged homes in the market right now. This doesn't mean that most homes are 34 years old, it means relatively the homes on the market are close to 34 years old. 

The highest listing price listed is $330,000. Which is very different compared to the homes for sale in Richmond TX! And the least expensive home is $59,900.
