Kirkland’s real estate prices creep higher
The median list price this week for Kirkland, WA this week is $827,425 is up from last week’s $819,950,900. Inventory is up and the Market Action Index (see MAI chart below) is trending down recently. While days-on-market appears to be trending lower, the overall conditions are weakening a bit. .
The market has been strong for several consecutive weeks. Reflecting these inventory conditions, with the MAI in the Seller’s zone, it is not surprising that prices have recently resumed their climb.

Prices continue their climb again this week. We’re a long way from the market’s price high-point so watch the Market Action Index as an indicator of how long this trend will last.
