A Snowy Valentine Day

This past week my headaches have really been bad causing me to go to work and just head straight home after work. Then on Valentine's Day I didn't even realize it was Valentine's Day and woke up to the beginnings of a blizzard and another massive headache.

I was sitting working when I got a lovely card from my husband which is when I realized what day it was. UH OH!

Valentine's Day

For a few minutes I felt panic and then remembered I had shopped last week (whew!) and everything was either in my closet or in the drawer. Thank goodness I always try to be prepared or this would have been my first Valentines without a gift with this blizzard like snowstorm. With chronic migraines you just never know when driving (or winter) can be a problem. So thanks to my hubby for always remembering!

Oh that is sweet. Oh, and I can so relate. I've spent so much time at home this week. And, today, I woke up w/ a big headache - I think from being too hot. I'm doing a bit better now and about to have lunch, so hopefully can be productive this afternoon.

Debbie-How thoughtful of hubby and those are one of my fav kind of candies, I don't envy you those headaches. They are terrible to deal with. I have sinus type headaches from a neck injury caused from a bad fall years ago. Hope you feel better soon and the snow gives you a break

I'm so sorry to hear about the headaches. My mother has suffered with migraines as long as I can remember. My husband and daughter have had them too. Sucks.
