What is PRICING like for these lovely townhomes in Amberwalk and Amberwalk at Ivy in Murrieta?

Where are these lovely townhomes located?  They are just southwest of the Murrieta Town Square, and east of Murrieta Elementary School.  You can see Murrieta Mesa High School is a few minutes away to the east of the 15 freeway.  Many families in this area choose between Murrieta Valley High School and Murrieta Mesa High School.

What about RENTING in Amberwalk?  We personally own and rent out an Amberwalk home (pics below), so at any given time, you may want to check in with me (Lisa, 951-704-4559) to see if the tenant has given notice or if our real estate property management arm of Sand to Sea Properties has any other similar homes for rent. 

These townhomes are sometimes thought to be condos, but they do not have above neighbors.  They are 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom floorplans, with full garages and yards (which is an upgrade compared to many condo complexes.
