Gotta question....

For me, it is the entire package.  I have been in the business for over 22 years and tried many systems.  The Buffini Systems work the best for me and my business.  He was a Top Producer in real estate.  He was selling when the market was in transition years ago. The systems that he is constantly improving and changing, work. He never stops. My Coach, Dave McGhee, is my guide, my accountability partner, my trusted friend and when he calls, I am re-energized for the next two weeks.  His direction and ideas are always welcomed.

Buff's mission is to improve and impact the lives of others. Brian does inspire me, a lot.  He lives what he teaches and I believe that is very impactful on me and the others in our Buffini Family. Has my business and life improved over the last six and a half years?  YES!  In so many ways!  I only wish I had found him sooner.  Thank you to the Women's Council of Realtors, for bringing him to Hartford, Connecticut.

I agree with Fran. It is the entire package. The system works on its own... but the coaching creats accountability and helps you challange yourself and inject new ideas. I did very well with just the monthly blue box and an occasional Turning Point. But once I added coaching and all the other events I can find time for (most free if you are in coaching) my business went into overdrive and so did my life... it is an entire person concept  and works!

I am enjoying everything with Buffini, I know it helped me Prioritize what I do and WHY I do it.  I like my coach, and I love the CAP Items program.  I started in the 100 days to Greatness, and signed up for coaching and it's worth every penny.  My small ClubNet group meets once a month and that too is encouraging and another form of me staying on tract.
