Do you understand that our client's (either the buyers or sellers) are asking questions about your client's property or buying intentions. And when you do not respond- our clients remember.
- Yes- they DO remember your name.
- Yes- they DO tell their friends- all of them- this is the biggest transaction in most peoples lives. They will talk about it over coffee, at the bus stop, at book club, in line at the grocery store and to anyone else that will listen. And guess what they do not forget- YOUR name!
- Yes- you DO cause them anxiety- and yes they remember- that is why they tell everyone!
- Yes- YOU could lower tensions- which in turn- does help YOUR client!
Do you know who else notices?
- Title Company closers and processors.
- Lender/ Bankers who are working with buyers.
- Inspectors
- Municipal inspectors
Maybe I should say thank you for the business- because you are destroying your reputation and improving mine- and I don't even have to try!
