Divide $76,700 by 65 feet.

Not fair to have a trick question late at night.  I was convinced you were asking for the cost per square foot.  Then I re -read the question and it was asking for cost per front foot. Details do matter.

Actually, it will cost a lot more than $1,180 per front foot as you need to either feed the giraffes ar relocate them!

The restrictive covenant is four giraffes per lot, Gabe Sanders and included in the sale. Additional giraffes must be approved by the zoning commission and FAA if their necks extend beyond the TCA.
