The East Coast offers us so much good food to eat, especially here in Calvert County. It is easy to become a foodie when you live here. That is why you may want to consider taking part in the Calvert County Restaurant Week 2015.
What: Calvert County Restaurant Week 2015
Where: Participating Restaurants Throughout Calvert County
When: February 20 to March 1, 2015
Cost: Varies per restaurant
More than three dozen local restaurants will be participating in Calvert County Restaurant Week 2015. This "week" is actually 10 days of good food, great prices and wonderful atmosphere. Do you love fresh seafood? You live in Maryland. Of course you do! Try Abner's Crab House in Chesapeake Beach, Kingfishers Seafood, Bar and Grill in Solomons or Stoney's Seafood House in Prince Frederick. Fancy a bit of Italian? Mama Lucia's in Prince Frederick and Dunkirk will fit the bill quite nicely. In the mood for a bit of French fare? Head over to the Bistro Belle Maison at the Blue Heron Inn in Solomons. And those are just six of the more than 36 restaurants available for you to try.
Each restaurant offers lunch and/or dinner specials for a pre-set price, dependent upon the restaurant. This is the perfect opportunity to visit your favorite Calvert County restaurants and dine for a discounted price. But if you're feeling a bit more adventurous, make reservations at a restaurant you haven't tried before. You just may find a few new favorites to haunt after Calvert County Restaurant Week 2015 is over. Reservations are not required, but they are highly recommended. Vist the Calvert County Tourism Bureau's website for a complete list of participating restaurants as well as a view of their special restaurant week menus. Please keep in mind that all restaurants will still be serving their regular menu items during restaurant week as well. Happy eating!
