Subscribe to this newsletter

February is upon us and Punxsutawny Phil saw his shadow, so another six weeks of winter is predicted. It won't be long before the bluebonnets start popping up all over here in the Central Texas Hill Country, bringing one of our most beautiful times of the year. We would love to see your first photos of the wildflowers coming up this year and post them on our newsletter for everyone to enjoy. Just send them to info@ppgtx.com.

This is the time of year when many people start thinking about moving and start looking at listing their homes for sale. We will be happy to provide you with a complimentary pricing analysis for your home along with a personalized marketing plan for your Austin or Highland Lakes property. Buyers are still enjoying incrediby low interest rates and it may be a great time to sell, whether you are upgrading, right-sizing, buying a first home, a vacation home or perhaps moving out of the area. Give us a call and we'll be happy to help. Our PPG Premium Marketing Program is second to none!
