The quality of your services will be determined by your attitude. That attitude becomes the bar of your excellence for the level of your customer service that you consistently deliver.

 

The commitment that you have for your customer service will become a foundation for creating a loyal customer base . . . . It will also become the basis for repeat business coming back to you . . . . and will drive your future referral business.

 

You either have it or you don’t . . . . When you have it your customers and prospects recognize it . . . . and they will become part of your raving fans and loyal customer base.

The reasons folks don't foster that attitude? Lazy, self centered and just plain garden variety feeling entitled. Maybe the service industry is not their cup of career tea to nurse, slurp. Or just don't understand what it feels like to be the one needing help. If you were them needing assistance, education, expectations set help...just  do that seeing with their eyes. Feeling with their heart strings jumper cabled to your own ticker. And sensing their emotion levels that go up and down driven by joy, fear, everything in between.

I suspect that a person's view of good customer service is molded by their experience and their attitude.

Positive agents will succeed at a far better rate than negative ones.

For one thing, cultomers and clients prefer to be associated with positive agents.
