When Technology and Nature Collide, Nature Often Wins

Intrepid real estate agents who decide to use drones in their marketing efforts may have more to worry about than the FAA. It appears that Mother Nature is quite capable of dealing with the unmanned interlopers on her own, as this video attests. Watch and marvel as a drone is dealt swift justice by a living winged avenger...

Pretty wicked, huh? All fun aside, this apparently has happened before and will continue to happen in areas where birds of prey nest and hunt. And, although this bird seems to have weathered the encounter without harm, others may not be so fortunate. I think this should be something that drone operators need to consider when using the devices in their photography plans.

What are your thoughts?

First time I have ever heard of drones used in real estate.

It is all over the news and internet, Jeff Craig , surely you've seen at least one such post? Or do I detect a note of sarcasm?

No sarcasm at all.  I know how popular drones have become, but I honestly have not seeen anything about them being used in real estate.

Pat and Wayne I like the video.  That bird just took down a very expensive piece of equipment.
