Alan's Take on the Lumpkin County Market - Jan 2015

This January has been the most active January we have had in years.  The biggest obstacle we are having to overcome now is a shortage of homes on the market. I, and several other agents in my office, have people looking; that we just don’t have what they are looking for available.  If you or anyone you know is considering selling, now is a good time to get it on the market. I will be glad to schedule a time to look at your home.  We are seeing increased sales across the board from the low end to the higher end properties.
