I staged in a home just before Christmas. The week before to be exact, what a time to list!
The clients had company for the Holidays so they were not prepared to show until after.
They had 2 sets of clients come through the door & sold to the second ones!
The Packers came & commented on how nice the home looked & God bless them they were kind enough to tell them that their home had been Staged!
Wow what a way to get your name out there.
The Clients moved on Valentines Day.
Thats my Valentine Story & I love to Stage, but better yet ,I love having my name passed around in a positive way.Happy Clients make a very happy Stager!
