Palmilla on the Green in Menifee is a great neighborhood! I love working in this neighborhood and meeting all the wonderful residence. I especially enjoy meeting the folks while I am farming. Yes...,I do farm! It makes me feel like one of the locals when they invite me in for a glass of cold ice tea and want to sit and talk about Realestate! The clubhouse is really an inviting place too! In the summertime, residence enjoy splashing around in the cool pool socializing with neighbors or tucked away in a corner reading a book. The clubhouse also has events most holidays and has social get togethers such as martini parties and chili cookoffs.
Many people are attracted to the golf course. Some homes are located on the golf course and have great views of the mountains. This senior community is great for relaxation and good times.
