I looked up the mls this morning to see the real estate activity in December 2014. I looked for residential listings sold.

There were 27 homes that settled in December 2014.

The highest sale price was $ 720,000 and lowest sale price was $152,000

The average original list price was $370,407. The average last list price was $356,289

The average sale price was $325,293 The above is subject to errors and omissions.
