It seems to me that the North Carolina real estate exam in Asheville, North Carolina is just too hard. Help has arrived. It is free. I have posted several videos on You Tube to help new real estate license applicants learn how to do the ridiculously difficult real estate math that is on the North Carolina real estate exam.
I moved to Tryon, North carolina last year and enrolled in real estate school. I passed my North Carolina real estate exam on my first attempt. I was flabbergasted at how hard the North Carolina real estate exam was. You have to be able to balance a HUD 1 Respa closing statement to get your basic real estate license in North Carolina.
Down in Florida, where I taught real estate license classes for thirty years, that was in the real estate broker's course. Only ten per cent of Florida real estate sales associates ever go on to broker school. Here in North Carolina, you have to balance a HUD 1 closing statement and compute after tax cash flow on a pro forma statement. This North Carolina real estate math is intense.
I posted several videos on You Tube to help new real estate license applicants understand the math on the North Carolina real estate test better. If you are soon taking the North Carolina real estate exam or if you are enrolled in North Carolina real estate school, watch these real estate math videos. They are free. Share these videos with you classmates. They will thank you. Watching these videos is about as easy a way to learn this math that is on the North Carolina real estate exam. Here is the links.
