MINOT REAL ESTATE 101 #1
Welcome to Bob Timm’s, National Marketing Realtors, Minot North Dakota Real Estate 101, lesson 1.
The purpose of this ongoing course is not to teach anyone to be a Real Estate genius but to simply help you know the absolute basics about Minot North Dakota Real Estate.
Starting with the following map you will see that I am truly talking basics.
Minot is roughly divided into four sections, North West, North East, South West, and South East.
Every home/business on the North end of Minot has a 58703 address.
Every home/business on the South end of Minot has a 58701 address.
While Minot has a “Main” Street which divides the City as to East and West and while Minot has a “Center” Avenue which divides the City as to North and South people generally look at Broadway as the East and West divider and Burdick Expressway as the North and South Divider.
In lesson 2 we will locate the schools in Minot. School Districts do influence property values. With the growth of Minot several School Districts come into play. You can live in Minot and maybe have to send your children to a School District outside of Minot.
