I am an Atlanta area Commercial Mortgage Vice President. We are an approved SBA lender and have some programs for commercial mortgage purchases in which your clients may qualify for 10% down. This ultimately allows the buyer to free up their cash and enhances their cash flow by having a lower down payment. The application process has been streamlined. SBA (7)a programs have been around for quite some time. They work if you have the patience and fit in the wedge. We have closed many of them at 100% financing. Yes! I mean 100% LTV!
