Steamboat Springs Real Estate Sales Feb. 6-19, 2015

Apparently as I took a two week sabbatical, so did the Steamboat Pilot on reporting Steamboat real estate sales.  I'm back...and so is the Steamboat Springs real estate sales report from the Pilot newspaper.  There were 20 Steamboat Springs real estate sales these past two weeks with a dollar volume of $8,322,900.  Four sales were single family, 10 were condo/townhome, 4 were lot/land, and 2 were commercial/industrial.

The Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors MLS reported 125 pending sales on Sunday with a pending dollar volume of $67,432,439.  The median pending list price is $311,000 and the average is $539,459.  Of those pending Steamboat transactions, 10% are pending over $1million, 3% are pending between $999,000 and $800k, 10% are between $799,000 and $600,000, 12% are pending between $599k and $400k, 17% are pending in the $300,000s, and 48% are pending below $300,000.  Of those pending sales, 35% are single family, 38% are condo/townhome, 18% are lot/land, 5% are commercial/industrial, and 4% are fractional.
