Real Estate is still a people business!!

In today's business place full of information about every business just a click away it is easy to get caught in the online tunnel and forget the basic real estate principals that will never go away.  Don't get me wrong I am all for technology especially since I am typing this blog on an IPad air 2 I would be a a liar if i told you anything different.  The thing I believe all realtors need to do more of  is make time to actually go and meet the people you text, email mail, and send mailers to.  A simple coffee meeting goes a long way.  Real estate is still a people business and with any people business the client must like you to work with you.  It is really the only thing we have that truly sets us apart from other agents.   Sure some of us have more experience, and more marketing dollars but if comes down to a close race the client is going to choose the one who he or her has the best rapport with. Furthermore if we spent more time working on our rapport with our clients a lot of the typical rejections Realtors are faced with at listing appointments would not exist.
