Sometimes A Cincinnati Patio Home Isn't The Best Fit, But We Can Still Help!

When you're searching Cincinnati patio homes for sale you're probably going to find us!  We've placed more information about Cincinnati patio homes on the Internet than any other real estate agent team or company, so we're confident you'll find our patio home websites, blog posts and Pinterest boards.  We're happy to be your real estate agent team and help you with your next home purchase, but what we sometimes find is a patio home IS NOT the best fit for some buyers.

It might be price, it might be location, it might be a need for more parking for entertaining, or a desire for more privacy, there's a host of reasons that a patio home is NOT for everyone.  And that's okay,  because we can also help with "regular" home purchases too!  We've helped many buyers over the years to find that just right home or condo in the Cincinnati area.

That was recently the case for a pair of our buyers.  They initially found us via our patio home website and reached out to us for help.  We listened, matched them with the best available patio homes, but there just wasn't a Goldilocks "This one is JUUUUUUST right!" kind of feeling about them.  So our search switched to regular homes in the West Chester area, and even with snow on the ground, we're finding the best homes go under contract quickly!

Friday the 13th was NOT an unlucky day for our buyers as we toured a Villages of Providence home newly on the market and it was the home they wanted.  A short stop after the showing and the offer was written and before the end of Valentine's Day our buyers had a great present, an accepted contract!  We've now cleared the inspection phase and negotiations, and on to closing in April!  A delayed closing was perfect for the sellers' needs and fit our buyers' schedule too.

We appreciate the opportunity to help these buyers find that JUST RIGHT home for them!

In our area we do not have a lot of patio homes for sale or even built.  Fortunately your buyers had to go to the Village of Good Providence to find their Friday the 13th special

Ed, We're lucky that there's a decent number of patio homes & ranch condos for sale, and the builders have been catching on and adding to the inventory, albeit very slowly.

Anita, And that is the thing for us, while patio homes is a niche, they're not the ONLY homes we work with.  We still do plenty of "regular' residential homes and condos.

Will, Often that seems the case.
