King of the Castle
Imagine you live on the tropical island of St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Not just in any house, but in a large compilation of estates, on Blackbeard's Hill, overlooking the Charlotte Amalie harbor and the Caribbean Sea.
Blackbeard’s Castle and seven other estates on nearly three acres of the Kongen's Historic District have come to market and are truly fit for a king! Every morning you’d be greeted by the light Caribbean breeze dancing across your room as the sunrise acts as a welcoming alarm clock. Stretch you legs, grab a cup of coffee and sit on your porch overlooking the Charlotte Amalie harbor and the many vessels that anchor there.
Put your swimsuit on and take a refreshing dip in one of your four glistening pools. Dry off as your personal chef prepares breakfast on the veranda. As you’re served, you notice the view is like living in a screen saver. Palm-fringed beaches less than ten minutes away, turquoise water everywhere, hills decorated with vegetation and lush fauna, perpetually dispensing a aromatic fragrance into the air.
Start your day at Magens Bay, which offers stunning views of tropical forests harboring deer, parrots and mongoose. Have a drink at the bar and grab lunch before taking a dip at one of the most famous beaches in the world.
Decide between a mid morning tee time at Mahogany Run Golf Course or hit a few balls on one of the islands many tennis courts.
After practicing your drive or serve, it's time for a well deserved massage near the botanical gardens, as the wind blows through the palm fronds.
Time to take care of business? Your corporate headquarters in situated on premises and taking full advantage of the economic development incentives offered by the Government of the Virgin Islands.

Don't forget to stock up on provisions at one of the gourmet groceries in Havensight or Crown Bay and have your chef select some fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden.
After another rough day, meet friends for cocktails at one of your well stocked bars and watch the sunset from the top of Blackbeard’s Castle. There is always plenty of room for your entourage and dozens of guests. They will feel like kings too!
Now it's off to dine in Frenchtown, home to fine dining restaurants such as Eperney Wine and Champagne Bar. Order Kobe beef meatloaf, divine foie gras, a nice rack of lamb, risotto or a wide variety of seafood. After dinner, it's off to Red Hook, where the party continues into the wee hours.
Just a day in the life, because when you’re king of the castle, the possibilities are endless. The best part is that all of this can be yours and there is only one Blackbeard's Castle.
