Hi Dan - Let me make a wild guess here. How about the Aurora market is blisteringly hot and you're going to run out of homes to sell pretty soon if those potential sellers don't get off the fence. Oh, also, prices are moving upward.
Tells me there is a serious lack of inventory and if your home is not sold in this market then you have it way overpriced
